Katharine McPhee Guest Stars On NBC's Community Tonight
Katharine McFee recently released a new album, but she's also kicking her acting career into high gear. She just filmed a pilot for NBC for a new sitcom called Pink House, but tonight, you can check out her comedy skills on the current NBC sitcom Community. Kat guest-stars on the episode as Amber, the stepdaughter of Chevy Chase's tycoon character, Pierce. Pierce brings Amber with him to the community college he attends, because it's "family day," but gets upset when she takes an interest in Joel Mchale's character, Jeff.
By the way, here's an interesting Katharine McPhee fact. You know how American Idol contestant Didi Benami made a big splash during Hollywood Week by singing a song written by Kara DioGuardi called "Terrified?" Well, Kat actually recorded that song on her current album, so if you want to buy it, it's available on iTunes.
